Q: Can an iPhone handle production-grade quality control?

Yes. Modern iPhones (14 Pro and later) have excellent camera sensors, in many cases comparable to industrial cameras for standard defect detection. With cloud processing, the phone only captures and the model runs on our servers. We recommend iPhones for piece counting, surface defects and assembly validation. For highly specialised needs (micro-defects, X-ray integration), industrial cameras have the edge.

Q: What happens to my data if I use software-only?

All images and AI results go through our secure cloud infrastructure. You control data retention and export. GDPR, ISO 27001 and GMP-compliant hosting is available. Your device streams to our cloud, and you monitor and analyse results in a web dashboard.
