Does this replace our AOI machine?

It complements it. AOI covers SMT lines; our system covers the manual stations, rework and final assembly where AOI is not practical.

How small a component can it see?

It depends on the camera and field of view. On the free test we choose the optics for your smallest critical part and show the result.

Can operators use it without training?

Yes. The screen shows OK or NG with the problem marked on the board image. There is nothing to configure at the station.
